Land Use Committee leads tour

The Land Use Committee monitors, reviews and comments to public agencies and decision-makers on land use planning issues of countywide significance. Committee members attend a wide range of workshops, public hearings and study sessions on various planning and development projects. Major current projects include the proposals for development at the St. Vincent’s/Silveira sites north of San Rafael, preparing recommendations for revisions of local general plans and supporting efforts to preserve and protect Marin baylands.

Meets: first Wednesday of each month at 8:00 AM at MCL office.
